"The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain."

"For our family of 5, including 2 teens, we have more than enough room. Location is close to hwy, across the street from Target and a couple food places. Indoor pool and hot tub were used almost daily but the bleach like chemicals definitely started to take a toll on our skins. Even after a shower, I can still smell it on my skin. Breakfast was good, however, it seemed like once food was running low, you had to ask if there was more. So definitely get to Breakfast early. Juice selection could be better. Overall, if in a pinch, we would stay here again but definitely in need of some TLC to the building."

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our needs, going between Kohler and Road America. It was quiet, just off the highway and close to the eateries at the American Club (about 20 minutes). The breakfast bar was well stock and good tasting which deserves a star on its own."
