We've stayed before and it was very nice. This time however it was nice but not great. The house keeper only cleaned our room twice in a 6 day stay and even then she arrived ready to go home when she was done (when she arrived, she had her purse on her shoulder and no cleaning cart). She asked us if we wanted her to clean our room and when we said yes she came in, straightened up a few things and then left. The rest of the staff was great and made us feel welcomed. Housekeeping arguing with the front desk staff was a nice welcome. Finally upon checking into the room the dirty used towel in bathroom set the tone. Tram didn’t work half the time during normally scheduled hours. Shuttle driver was Overall staff was rude. Room wasn’t super clean.
