The area has numerous glorious trails for walkers and cyclists to follow, with nearby peaks including Skiddaw (6 miles), Helvellyn (8 miles) and Grisedale Pike (5 miles). A step leads up and into this house which is entered via a beautiful Art Deco-style porch. Inside, you will find the fresh and elegant main lounge, which features a lovely large bay window allowing the light to flood in. With comfortable seating, coal effect gas fire and TV with Blu-Ray, this is a lovely space for you to unwind in. The property has a second lounge, again with plenty of seating, as well as a Smart TV and Blu-Ray. From the kitchen you can step through to the bright and relaxing conservatory – a lovely space for snuggling up with a good book or a morning coffee. Going upstairs, there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms on the first floor, all with ample storage space. The first is a king-size room to the front of the house and features a USB charging point and a bay window offering a view out over the rooftops of Keswick. The twin room has a similar view, and finally a second king-size room is to the rear of the house has views out towards Skiddaw and Latrigg. This floor also has a stylish family bathroom complete with a bath, a curved shower enclosure with a power shower and a WC. There’s also a separate WC.
Heading out from the conservatory, a step leads down into the back garden which features raised flower beds and a patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, making this a lovely spot for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.
