The house was very clean! Well equipped kitchen and the rooms were spacious. The grounds were amazing!!! I was concerned about the cat but he was friendly and the kids were crazy about him. The host was beyond cordial and helpful.

The property was in perfect condition and easily housed our group of 20. The fishing pond was an added bonus and we had someone catching fish all day every day! We will definitely come again!

Fabulous Barndominium!

Our large extended family was in the area for a family reunion over Thanksgiving. What a great place to gather, watch games and do puzzles! The commercial kitchen came in handy to prepare some food for the reunion. The boys loved the bunk room and the game tables upstairs. Perfect stay!

Kaufman Ranch House

Property was excellent for a Christmas family get together for 19 people ranging from 5 to adults. The vastness of the out doors with a fire pit and things for the kids to play on, climb and explore was absolutely terrific. The size of the main room and patio room were also great for when the kids were inside.

This was our 2nd year at the venue. Our ladies requested to come back to the same venue as last year because it fit with all our needs.Most everything was as we needed it. One thing that we can say that needed some attention was the outdoor grill. The grill was full of ants and too dirty & filled with debris that we could not use it. One more thing some of us noticed was the need for more bed pillows and not only pillow shams.Thank you so much for our comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed this property.

Other than the GPS taking us to to wrong property at first, our stay at this place was excellent. It is a drive but once you get to the property, everything is nice and nicely set up. The grills may need a little work but having them there was definitly a plus. Walmart isn't that far away if you need to grab food or other item. Overall, my family loved this property.

Dad's 90th Birthday

The property exceeded our expectations. The entire family loved it. The lake is bigger than it looks in the pics. The house is huge, a little noisy in the main room with echoing, but nothing you cant get past. I only mentuon it because if you have small children and they are loud, it amplifies the sound. I totally recommend the property to anyone, especially if you want something that is away from the busy city life, but still less than 10 miles from a walmart of needed. You can't even hear road noise because you are 1.4 miles off the road.

This house is beautiful! Spacious, well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies.The only problems we had was no cleaning supplies, not enough garbage bags and no extra toilet paper. We had to make a trip to the store for bleach spray, and toilet paper. The communication is also somewhat lacking. There were several questions asked with no reply. The replies that did come were several days later.

The place was amazing! Super clean, massive, plenty of space for our whole gathering. There had been some water damage from a previous guest, but the host came out right away to check it out and give us stuff for the table shuffleboard. Very responsive and gracious. I would book here again in a heartbeat!
