"The outside kids pool was enjoyable. My daughter and her cousins had an amazing time inside. The water was a good depth & temperature - I believe it's heated. Great atmosphere and roller skate waiter service. Drinks, ice creams & snacks were on repeat! We never had to fight for sun beds either. There always seemed to be enough for us. We went in March so there wasn't a crazy amount of children around. Room service was okay. Not the best. Not a thorough clean of floors. Still sticky after a mop. One day they would come at 9, the next at 11. It was hard to get ready around their random schedules. Maybe work with a schedule for each floor to help us plan around. I loved the WhatsApp & Rixos app! There are multiple ways to contact staff for assistance and they usually arrive within good time. If I needed supplies, I would simply place an order through the app. I would however, suggest a much simpler option for guests who are much older. They may not be so familiar with downloading an app let alone navigating around it. It would be difficult for them to reserve ala carte restaurant and so forth. My mum is 60, and I didn't bother with showing her because it was a bit long winded. Turquoise - main buffet, bit boring. Not much flavourful food. Nicely presented but mostly bland. The drinks service is too slow. Please keep the waiters, but also create several areas where we can dispense drinks ourselves. That way it's the best of both worlds. Ala carte best for tasty food."

"My partner and I are usually active travelers - we spend most of our time exploring, and our accommodation is mainly just a place to sleep and have breakfast. However, this holiday was meant to be different from all the others. For health reasons, we really needed to slow down, reset our minds, and fully relax for once. If you’re looking for a place where there isn’t much sightseeing and all you want is good food, drinks, and time to relax by the pool or the sea, then this is definitely the right place. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious - from the huge selection at the buffet restaurant to the wide range of à la carte restaurants. What surprised us positively was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to guests from the biggest country in Europe, but at no point did we feel treated differently. Full respect to the team for their multilingual skills - it’s truly impressive how many languages they speak and how smoothly they communicate with guests from different countries. Perhaps the only small remark would be that the bellboy could improve his English slightly, but overall the service was excellent. What surprised us negatively is something the hotel unfortunately has little control over - the behavior of some guests. The amount of food waste was shocking. People were piling their plates with far more food than they could possibly eat. In the à la carte restaurants, guests were ordering multiple dishes"
