« La literie est correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner Je reproche l’attitude du personnel très peu disponible et très froid. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton. »

« Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure. »

« The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

« Super mooi verblijf. Lekker zwembad en goed eten. Ook de gym was goed! Puntje voor verbetering: we kregen geen gratis water bij lunch en diner. Het was ook niet de bedoeling dat we dat pakte want dat hoorde bij het buffet en niet bij a la cart. »

Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton. "
