"The Artotel has a beautiful architecture. Rooms are sufficiënt with good big beds. Nice fews from the room on the higher floors. There is no alcohol served at this hotel."

"It’s a very unusual location for a hotel which is quite distant on a hill with shuttle service provided to local venues and restaurants. It’s not an ideal hotel for elderly or guests with mobility issues as the rooms are high and with long flight of stairs. There two swimming pools the largest quite far to get to and with no staff. "I liked everything very much about the hotel. The staff, the rooms, the food, and generally the impression. "

"Breakfast is the best. Not many restaurants around but there is room service. Hot water is not always on. Air conditions is not as cold in some rooms. Staff is very kind. "

"Had a wonderful time staying at This hotel."

"Very convenient to have DAMRI bus service at hotel. Toilet facilities not that great but useable. Availability of hot water shower would be ideal "

"Absolutely loved this place! So beautiful and not far from the temple. Would suggest a tuktuk rather than walking though as even in the morning it's pretty hot. Aside from the need for air con, cannot fault this place at all. One of our favourite hotels so far on our trip!"

"Staff was well trained, attentive and helpful in all areas. The property was well maintained. The villas were beautiful inside and out. The pool by the central or main building was not useful given close proximity to restaurant. The second pool was better placed. Overall, the location, staff, and property was as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Top of the line 5* resort with terrific grounds and all amenities. Loved the lounge, restaurant and pool. Did not have enough time to explore the surroundings, which look nice."

"Best location in the area, 20' away from the Setumbu Punthuk point of view (sunrise). Amazing view over the hills and a very nice infinity pool and terace. The only negative point was the work in progress but it's for the best : more tourists will bé able to enjoy of this beautiful hotel in the future."

"Beautifully located at the foot of Mount Sumbing and Mount Sindoro, with cool mountain air and lots of outdoor activities. Truly recommended."

"Fantastic resort. Excellent value. Lovely villas. Great pool. Most service oriented staff I have encountered in a lifetime of traveling."

"Tolles Hotel, grosse Suite. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück und Restaurant. Rooftop Pool. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
