« Very clean. Rooms are excellent for big groups. Space might be tight but still doable. The beds are very soft and comfy. Walkable distance to main Shibuya. »

« I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner! »

« Very good place »

« When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again. »

« Our host Yoshi and the staff at Toe Library were incredibly welcoming, offering us tips around the neighborhood and, when we left, a bag of delicious Japanese cookies. The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and full of personality—and we especially appreciated that because we happened to be there during a typhoon and spent a lot of time lounging there as we waited for the worst of the storm to pass. This is a completely unique stay and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. »

« We spent one night at this place and were very happy with the warm welcome of the host, who also ordered for us à taxi to the airport for the next day. The room itself was enough for the five of us to sleep on the tatamis, and the bathroom and toilets were very close. This is great value for money! »
