The room was clean of course. Friendly staff. The Bar never opened the whole time I was there. The on sight snack shop was low on snacks and the counter tops were dirty. The pool was a funky looking green so I didn’t get in. Just sat poolside and listened to music and enjoy the sun.

No hot water. Some idiot engineer did not put in a recirculating. system. One elevator broke. Took for ever to get to the room. No closest or dresser. Shower dirty and slippery. Wife slipped and fell I. Shower. Breakfast selection was bad. Snake supplies , bring in vending g machines. Put that burden o. A vendor not the staff. Low water pressure. Staff has no uniforms? Never again. Disappoint d at best. WiFi and TV reception too slow, a joke actually.

The manager on staff was so accommodating. We were greeted and she instantly saw we needed a room closer to an elevator - so my husband wouldn’t have to walk too far down a hallway. The dogs were welcomed and treats offered upon check-in! We took the grandchildren swimming and when I asked for some water - the bartender brought a hugh pitcher of ice water out to the pool - no charge! If you stay here please order the charcuterie tray/board- excellent late night snack - well worth the dime! We will be visiting this property again

For our first time we stayed it was over all amazing. Shay was amazing and accommodated us in the finest. She went far and beyond putting us a small fan for us to cool off as we were checking in. Offered us water. She is a multi tasker I can say. We really enjoyed our stay.
