A spacious and private house set on over 2,300 sqm, surrounded by trees and bird life, with expansive views of the Blue Mountains National Park, and the Megalong Valley. All just a short drive from Katoomba and Leura shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants and world class bush walks. Gorgeous views - even from the bathroom! UPSTAIRS Upstairs features an open plan kitchen and living area that draws you to the large balcony and those views. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One opens on to the west facing balcony. Off the kitchen there is an east facing balcony perfect for breakfast. Very peaceful green front garden outlook. DOWNSTAIRS Downstairs there is a rumpus room with queen bed perfect for the kids. There's also a separate dining/living room area and a large deck, providing the flexibility of multiple living and dining spaces for large groups. BEDROOMS \- Bedroom one is spacious with peaceful front garden views. The house was as advertised. Excellent to the scenic railway/three sisters and shops. All once a 5min drive away The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The kids loved having there own bedroom / space / TV downstairs. We loved sitting around the fire watching the sunset. The chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge was much appreciated.
