### Villa Greece - Chanioti

Monad Villa Hellas is located 200 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the center of Chanioti where there are many restaurants and shops. There is a private swimming pool, a large green area with a nice view to the sea and a playground with swings and slides.   
On the lowest floor of the Villa there is a bedroom with three beds, a 140/200 size bed and 2 90/200 size beds, a shower room and a wardrobe.   
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, WC, a washing machine, a laundry dryer.   
In the living room, there are a triple and a double sofa flat-screen TV with satellite television. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a stove with an oven, a large fridge, a large dining table for 8 people. The next floor also has a shower, WC, 3 bedrooms and air conditioning in each bedroom. In the first bedroom there is a large wardrobe, a 160/200 size bed (a children's bed upon request), in the second bedroom a 150/200 size bed, a dresser, and a mirror, in the third children's bedroom there is a bunk bed of 100/200 in size, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers.   
Also, the villa has an ironing table, iron, vacuum cleaner, safe, 2 balconies, free toiletries, 2 hair dryers, sun beds near the pool, a large umbrella. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a free private covered parking, a playground with swings, a barbecue area.
