With a separate lounge and a large kitchen / dining room. It has wireless internet, Safe for your valuables in the master suite. A Built-in BBQ on the stunning roof terrace with a stone table for 14 people, outside shower and irrigated gardens.

The Villa has its own private swimming pool and the sea is only a 3 minute walk away.

The Kalamar Beach club for people who want activities and the Kulube Hotel for those who want a more relaxed time are also only a few minutes walk.

Perfect break - get away from it all

Idyllic property set in a wonderful location. Enjoy privacy round the pool or a sunset on the roof terrace overlooking beautiful Kalamar bay. I'd recommend heading down to the amazing beach club 200m down the road. My top tip - order the local beer (Efes), it's served in ice cold glasses straight from the freezer!
