It was a nice hotel. Reasonable price. Some staff was extremly polite. I was visiting my nephew at Karabuk university, if your kids or relative goes tokarabuk university than you must stay at this hotel. Nice complimentory breakfast was quite good.....

Çok güzel ve temiz bir otel çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Diğer seyahatlerimde de burada kalmayı planlıyorum

Hotel Safran Germia Palas ist enttäuschend!
Einfachste Ausstattung, kein Stuhl/Sitzgelegenheit, kein Glas, Kaffee erst ab 18.00, obwohl alles bereit war. Restaurant geschlossen. Keine bezogene Bettdecke, nur ein Laken. Null Sprachkenntnisse des Personals. Komplizierter Internetzugang. Wucherndes Unkraut im Eigangsbereich.

Sayın Martin Bey 1-Kahve istedinizde kahve verilmedi mi 2-Yorgan ise odalar çok sıcak olduğu için dolapta bulunmakta ilk defa bu konu ile ilgili eleştiriyi sizden almaktayız. 3-Yabani otlar büyüdükçe temizlenmektedir 4- Saat 18.00 dan sonra kahve ve çayımız ikramımızdır. Saygılarımızla

İki gece kaldığım otelden genel olarak memnun kaldım. Yabancı konuklar çoğunluktaydı.Kahvaltısı güzel, odalar temiz ve günlük temizleniyor. Ses yalıtımı yeterince iyi değil. Otel çevresinde otopark mevcut.Fiyat olarak uygun buldum. Otele girişte oda yükseltmesi yaptılar. Teşekkürler
