The "Wechner" is a charming 3-room vacation rental spanning 50 m2, situated on the ground floor and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, arranged across a well-considered layout that balances comfort and practicality. The first sleeping area is a walk-through room furnished with 1 double bed, while the second is a dedicated double bedroom complete with its own shower and WC. It is important to note that this second double bedroom is located outside the main apartment. The kitchen and living room form a combined, convivial space equipped with a dining table and satellite TV, making it an ideal area for both meals and relaxation. A separate shower and WC serves the remaining bathroom needs of the property. Guests also have access to a terrace and a small garden, extending the living space into the outdoors.
