"For the price of a night at the hotel the breakfast was lesa desirable. It was mostly packaged food. I have gotten better when i pay less for a room. The staff of ok did not interact a lot with staff. The room was clean and stocked nicely. The building was clean and not wear down. Had a ni e stay except the breakfaat if rating would get a -10."

"From Check in to Check out, it all went smoothly. 👍. The room was clean and the amenities within the room worked like they should. Very satisfied with the room. We had a very long day Saturday, March 28 and coming back to the room felt so desirable. We all felt so ready to lay down."

"We found out at 10:30 am that our travel plans had changed due to the weather so I called the hotel to discuss cancelling, i did read the cancellation statement but was hoping that due to my history useage of hotels.com that I could cancell with a small fee, but was told i would have to pay entire rate. Please review this policy due to tji gs do happen in people's lives and plans change. My daughter and I were travelling about 400 miles to attend an event that the weather cancelled so we were not going to drive the balance of 200 miles for no reason"

"The room and stay is pretty basic. However, our reservation was for two queens, but those were definitely doubles. That was the reason I chose this hotel, for older kids sharing a bed and needing more space. We were in and out pretty quickly, so everything else felt pretty simple, basic and similar to other options in the area."

"Room extremely noisy being next to the highway, shower had terrible water pressure. Staff would will not let you check in before 3pm, cleaners knocked on the door at 8.20 am asking when we were leaving and were loudly having a conversation from opposite ends of the hallway at 8am. Would not recommend this hotel at all, terrible experience. Save yourself time and money by finding somewhere else to stay. "

"Was nice we usually stay here on our trips and are used to it being a family and dog friendly hotel. This particular time we had a parent knocking then banging on a door at 1:00 am. Checking on their kid who was alone in the room. Called front desk they already knew that was going on, so i asked when it would stop their responses was when the kid wakes up. This went on for almost an hour. Idk why the kid was alone or why the parent didn't have an eztra key. But makes me consider looking into a different place to stay. Do better staff."
