The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king. The third floor has one king bed, a full bath and a hang out area. The backyard is private but not fully fenced in. The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available. Please Note: There are two bars that sit on the street behind the home. There is potential for noise, especially on the weekends. The bars do not close until 3am There is not a washer and dryer in the home but there is a a laundromat only a couple minutes away Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. There were five adults staying in the house and it perfect for us! There were plenty of bedrooms, plenty of space to have great conversation and enjoy the house. The kitchen we well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. Very spacious and I love that it had a security system. But we all kept finding bugs in our rooms; firebrats, lots of ants and we also found a couple cockroaches. The bed sheets had stains and didn't seem like they were washed. But other than that we enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family. The owner was very nice and understanding when we told her our concerns about the bugs. She even got us a grill for we could grill with my family. We had a good communication. ##### Dany A. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us!
