Ideal for solo travelers or couples, our cozy space invites you to dive into the vibrant arts and culture scene right at your doorstep. Located in the Crossroads Arts District in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The neighborhood is known for its vibrant arts scene, eclectic mix of restaurants and bars, and trendy boutiques and galleries. During the day, you can explore the numerous art galleries, museums, and studios in the area, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many local cafes or restaurants. In the evening, the neighborhood comes alive with live music, theater performances, and other cultural events. The Crossroads Arts District is also home to the First Friday art walks, a monthly event where galleries and shops open their doors to the public for an evening of art, music, and food. With its central location, you'll have easy access to all the top attractions and landmarks in Kansas City, including the Power & Light District, the Sprint Center, and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Inside you’ll find a cozy queen bed, a love seat, dining space for two, a full kitchen, full bath, washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs. Parking is available on the street only, as the driveway and garage are not accessible. Uber and Lyft are readily available Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee of $40 per pet per month. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit. We loved the area, which is a quiet little nook within a mile of many amazing local restaurants, jazz clubs, and art scene. We were able to walk many places. The owners left many helpful items for our stay, such as Tylenol, toiletries, snacks, readers, and a few beers from a local brewery. The space was clean, and the ac unit worked very well. We arrived at the tail end of a heat wave (100 degrees over night), so, a working ac unit was important. We stay at many rentals each year.
