We are located on Rt 89 right by Toad Stools, Nautilus, The Wave and Buckskin Gulch to, name a few. This rustic studio is the perfect place to hang your hat and put up your feet after a day on the ranch. 1 Queen bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, BBQ grill, outdoor sink and private patio with eating area. Sleeps 2\. Bathrooms and Showers are next door at the bathhouse. Wonderful to get to know them, during my stay. Perfect spot to get to hikes close by, so much sand. Steph shared that she enjoys barefoot hiking in a few of the hikes, living in phoenix area this is not an option. I got to barefoot hike about 5 different hikes along this trip, it was beautiful. Location is great if you want to explore in all directions, cause it is right in the middle of Page and KanabAnimals on property are wonderful, and getting to hear the stories of how the animals were rescued was a joy. Steph was a perfect host who helped us with our plans and made sure we were comfortable. The Ranch is located near so many great hikes and natural features. We had plenty to do. I adored the privacy of the fenced in area and the dogs loved it too! Very dog friendly spot! Perfect space for 2! We will most definitely be back! The owners are available but not in your business, perfect balance not all bnb hosts are great at! The pics don't do this place justice, fabulous sunsets, views, natural lighting. ##### Brooke M.
