The place was very cute in a route 66 motif and updated, the pool was half block away at another hotel affiliated with them but it was nice and the breakfast there was good as well. It was a lovely night's stay

What a great cute motel to stay at. We actually started our trip in Vegas, and this was a more comfortable room to be in. It was very cute and in such a great little town. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Highlight the vibe of the place. This is an older hotel but I thought it was fun in the bed was comfortable. I didn’t mind walking down the street to the best Western to get my keys or breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay here and something that seems to be uncommon in a lot of hotel rooms… The freezer actually froze!

I arrived at 9:15pm and had to check in with the hotel next door. They received me very pleasantly and let me know breakfast would also be at their lobby from 6:30-10am. Delicious breakfast with a great variety, from eggs and sausage to oatmeal and cold cereal. Plenty of coffee and juice. Perfect setting for my family.

I enjoyed the 1950’s motor lodge vibe! Beds were clean and very comfy. No tub, just shower. Breakfast and front desk service were down the road at the Best Western- kinda odd, but delicious breakfast. Carpet/floor in the room were pretty old.

Clean room, great to have 24 access to a mini kitchenette outside of the room where I could make tea in the morning. Staff very responsive and kind with a quick call. Bonus: room had a fridge with small freezer Totally worth it

I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The beds were very comfortable. The Shower wasn't the greatest. It was very low flow. The TV had lots of ROKU options. It was comfortable.

Unique. . . . .clearly kept up the Cowboy theme well. Easy to find. convenient to walk to few restaurants. A bit on high side $$$ for type of motel but not much competition. Ethan very helpful.

This hotel is associated with the best Western in Kanab. You get the best western breakfast. You get the best western pool. It’s all good. I loved my stay at Atkins because it was so cute, it’s an older motel so the MCM Vibe was really great! Oh my price was awesome!!

Front desk staff very friendly. The pool at the lodge it's not working, but they have a sister property next door at the Best Western that is available for use. Very cute decoration scheme, retro 50s. Will definitely stay there again.

You have to go down the street to the Best western to check in, to use their pool & hot tub and for breakfast. No office at Aiken’s Lodge. Pictures online are not accurate. Thought the decor was fun. A throwback for sure. Room was large enough and comfortable. The outdoor space could use some TLC but could be amazing! We still enjoyed our time there. Handy and walkable location to shops and restaurants.

There didn't seem to be an onsite person, as we had to check in down the street at the Best Western. While our room wasn't too bad & we did have a selection of cable channels, our family members, in another unit, had much less space and they were not able to get any cable stations. The only programming available were programs from the 70's - 90's. The units were clean, but certainly nothing special.

WE liked the ground floor, 2 very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice quiet room. Potty room was a little small but okay. check in & pool and breakfast were great but a little confusing since we didn't know directions . Loved the little town.
