Expedia and this hotel have refused to refund and response to tell me that my five minute booking will not be refunded has been slow. Best case, the owners of this hotel are just not aware of the entire situation as communicated to them by Expedia...worst case is that the property is intentionally mislisted to scam...

"This is our favourite hotel in Muar we always stay here . On the plus side the room is very spacious with average decor . However the air con is either off or freezing and sounds like a jet engine . The toilet is continually blocked . Having said staff is very nice and friendly "
