Sit back and take in the spectacular view from the lanai as you watch dolphins and whales (in season) during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening! Lose yourself in the never ending sound of waves throughout the condo. Enjoy a closet full of essentials for visiting gorgeous beaches on the island. Brand new Split System air conditioning unit in the main living area to keep you comfortable year round! Downtown Kailua-Kona is a short mile walk from the condo, or relax at the oceanfront pool and hot tub! The Sea Village is popular for its convenient location. The beautiful grounds surround you with flowering plants and Tiki torches. Enjoy coffee or an evening beverage from your private lanai as you watch the fish swim below in the ocean. Be dazzled by a magical sunset from the bar-height lanai table and chairs. Direct oceanfront means unobstructed views from your condo, the reason you picked Hawaii! Our condo is away from the distractions of the pool and BBQ area. Instead, listen to the mesmerizing ocean waves and watch the palm trees sway! The condo is located on the top/third floor. Please note there are no elevators at the Sea Village. Guests must climb two flights of stairs to access the condo. The Bedroom has a California King bed and a portable air conditioner for comfortable sleeping. Trade winds also provide a nice environment throughout. In the living area there is an additional portable air conditioner if needed. If you like to dine in, there is a well-equipped kitchen. In the garden area are picnic tables and BBQs for guests to use. Pick up some fresh fish and grill it for a tasty meal! Venture out and walk to town for a meal or shopping. Sea Village is a central location for all your adventures on the Big Island! Other amenities include: free WiFi, flat screen TV, Beach Toy closet (may include-boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, assorted snorkel gear. Use at your own risk). Feel free to pack light, there is a Washer & Dryer in the unit. Across the street is a bike rental station for a cruise along Ali'i Drive. The condo is great! First, Travis and Tricia were great hosts - great communication and very responsive. Check in and check out were seamless. The condo is lovely and was very clean. When you walk in, you can see straight yo the water and the view is incredible! It is well equipped and we had everything we needed.The property is very pretty and well maintained with very nice landscape and grass like a carpet. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice, too. We found the property to be very quiet and loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. The sunsets are amazing and you have a truly unobstructed view. The location is perfect for seeing all of Kona and being convenient to shops, restaurants, water excursions and conveniences.
