Direct oceanfront with A/C in all rooms

Exquisite second floor oceanfront condo (no elevator). Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from a very private lanai, or listen to the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Relax with the cooling ocean breeze. On warmer days, take advantage of the installed air conditioning throughout the condo. Get a good night rest in the master bedroom on the California King sized bed equipped with a premium organic Talalay latex mattress to maximize your comfort. We are sure you'll be pleased with the upgraded kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, teak lanai furniture, and much more. Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.

You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive from our condo. Located in Building One, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on the living room side, and bedrooms back into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Have a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.

For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a Graco crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, and assorted beach toys.

Free Fast Internet. Ease of check-in and added security as well for this unit. Go directly to the property with your own secure passcode.

The Sea Village Complex is committed to clean energy by utilizing the strong Hawaiian sun with a photovoltaic system that powers the pool and spa, as well as common area and garden lights. Recycling is also conveniently available on site to all the guests.

Wonderful Stay

This unit was my favorite place we stay on our last trip to Hawaii. The unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and grounds were very well taken care of with lots of parking. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

Beautiful view off the lanai! Very convenient location with many things within walking distance. After a very long day of travel, it was nice to not have to immediately make a Walmart run because condo had soap, toilet paper and paper towels available. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Highly recommend this condo and the host has been amazing!!

Big Island Adventure

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The apartment was perfect for 4 people. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was made to ensure guests have everything they need, including all the kitchen accessories, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Breakfast on the lanai is amazing watching the waves roll in and you can’t beat the sunsets. Excellent location within 20 minute walk to luau, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Kona.

Great condo!

The condo was in a great location, not too far from town and an easy launching point. It overlooks the ocean and you can see out to sea and the Kona harbor. The condo is close to the pool but far enough for it not to be a disturbance. The condo is well outfitted and was very comfortable. The only things to really know about is there is only one set of adult fins and two kids fins (we brought our masks so didn't pay attention to how many of each there were)...wish I had brought my fins with me... and there are windows in the unit that provide zero sound dampening but it generally wasn't an issue - very quiet complex, just meant the waves were louder than they otherwise would have been. Overall, highly recommend this condo!

Sea Village

Marta was wonderful to work with and the condo was beautiful. It included everything you might need, such as spices, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Sea Village was a well maintained complex-pool, grills cleaned daily.

My husband and I have been renting condos on the Big Island for years. This is one of the best. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful in telling us firmness level of each bed and very communicative.

We spent a lot of time on the Lanai, the view was amazing! Amazing ocean front property

Very clean, well managed, feel very safe, very friendly people staying. Awesome views of the sunset, great pool, nice condo with all you need, beach equipment great, bbq very nice, great location, Safeway best for groceries, two step best snorkeling, lots of beaches close by and restaurants, for us nice to have a car to get around.

A Gem!
