This 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bath unit is a legal and licensed vacation rental located on the beautiful North Shore! First Floor: The main level features a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, individual split-system AC, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and pod-style coffeemaker. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the living room, furnished with stylish, comfortable furniture. The living room also includes a flatscreen TV with cable and free WiFi throughout the unit. Loft: Upstairs, the loft features two twin beds and an updated bathroom with a shower and toilet. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. I might have liked more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or damp suits, but my only real concern was that the bathroom had a louvered door. It was pretty and fit the decor….it also felt less private than I would normally like. Again - would stay again without hesitation! ##### Jennifer O. Easy walk to Turtle Bay and the restaurants. Check-in was a little bit interesting as it was late and there wasn't a light. We used our phone to illuminate the keypad. It is a great place with one exception. Needs an air conditioning upstairs, very hot and hard to sleep. Also beds are very firm. ##### John P.
