The Famous Surf Breaks and Beaches on the North Shore are here in what is called " The 7 Mile Miracle" This has all the famous north shore surf breaks such as- Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc. A must see! . This is a Larger two-story unit that offers the privacy of NO unit above or below you. Feel the spaciousness of staying in this condo that has luxurious high ceilings with 2 FULL bedrooms (each equipped with A/C) patio doors and windows that allow fresh air and light, in addition there is an open-air loft with 2 twin size beds facing the golf course. Open the doors and windows and Enjoy the Ocean and Mountain Breeze. Be a part of the sunset as you sit on the grass in a lounge chair just feeling the vibe of Hawaii! The lanai is screened in with double opening doors (a must at night). We are a floor level entry unit, with free parking (1 private & 1 guest) just steps away. This will allow you to bring in groceries, luggage and beach supplies, etc. into the unit with ease. We are located close to the 1st of 3 pools, which is great if you plan on BBQing pool side. Security is provided 24 hours; you will feel safe and comfortable. Tennis courts, first hole & clubhouse and famous Lei Lei's Bar and Grill are just steps away. Within minutes you will be at the hotel with lots of private lagoons for surfing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Turtle Bay hotel has Roy's restaurant on the beach, The Mai Tai bar pool side where you can watch surfing and gorgeous sunsets. The North Shore is filled with a diverse of restaurants and Food trucks! Experience golfing, walking, bike riding or horseback riding along the MANY TRAILS along the beaches of famous Kawela Bay and the private beaches of Marconie's. Bed’s were very comfortable and both bedrooms were equipped with A/C units. The location offered a nice breeze so the bedroom a/c units were not used during our visit. Ceiling fans throughout condo were appreciated. The pool was very close to this unit. I also appreciated the screened front door and large Lanai that was completely screened in. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need, including beach toys and a wagon to haul them with. This made going to the beach a breeze. We highly recommend it and would definitely book again. The only downside was that we were about a half hour past check-out time when we finally packed up (as it often is with young kids). We had travel plans to sight see in our rental car every day, so we didn't want to stay in packed city high rise. The property was as described, clean and stocked with things we thought we would need to buy, so that was nice. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet, nice pool, short walk to Lei Lei's restaurant. ##### Rachel B. Cindy is a great host-always quick to respond to any questions, and she left a detailed binder with lots of info. This property had everything we needed to cook, and beach chairs/towels-that was such a huge bonus. The lack of a gas grill was a disappointment, and the charcoal one at the pool wasn’t what we were looking for-but that was minor. The convenience to Turtle Bay and their amenities, and also beautiful N. Shore beaches was perfect. I would rate this a 4.5\. The biggest negative for us was the small size of the loft and how hot it was-even on days that there was a beautiful breeze. Luckily there were fans, and if you weren’t sleeping 2 college aged girls that wanted space to open their suitcase then it wouldn’t be a big deal. Overall we were very happy and had a wonderful time at this property. ##### Sandra W. Clean property which fit our family of 6 perfectly! We also appreciated the additional beach chairs/toys/coolers. It was perfect for our family of 5\. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We came to Hawaii to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday (1 baby, 1 7 yr old and 5 adults). The condo was perfect! Cindy went to extra mile with extra details around the unit. It literally had everything we could need! It was just right for our group and the location could not have been better! Walk to the Ritz for coffee, walk to the beaches, walk to the pools, it was awesome! ##### Monet S. Unfortunately this same week the unit was having roofing repairs, that we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We had to be out of the unit each day to avoid the noise and workers. We also returned each night to debris all over the unit that had fallen from the ceiling during the day. We were forced to clean all surfaces, flooring and bedding on a daily basis before we could relax. We contacted the host and she agreed to waive the cleaning fee, but beyond that said it was out of her control and that we arrived each evening to late to have a cleaning person come. All this really impacted our vacation.
