Valley Isle 1109 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 11th floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private washer/dryer, and 1 ceiling fan. This condo does not have air conditioning. Valley Isle 1109 can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The open-concept main living area includes modern furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. A washer/dryer is equipped in the unit for added convenience. Relax and unwind on the oceanfront lanai with a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless-steel appliances. Ample counter space makes meal prep a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance of nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort or parking fees.

Overall great experience, the view from the Condo Amazing!! The location is good as well. The kitchen layout not the best for cooking (but oh well not a huge deal) air conditioning would have been nice, but usually could get a good cross wind. We had a wonderful stay with amazing weather!!

Loved the ocean view balcony. We saw whales all day every day. The cooler and beach chairs came in handy. Sea turtles swimming right outside the beach and a quaint little snorkel spot. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed watching the ocean from our balcony view and the time we spent hiking on a coastal trail or on the beach boardwalk. Also enjoyed watching the whales in the distance, the surfers, and the turtles.

We loved this place! This was our first time in Hawaii celebrating our 20 years anniversary! The condo is in a very good location, close to several good beaches that we wanted to go, in front of the ocean and very calm! We did not enjoy several options from the facilities because every day we were enjoying the beach outside the apartment. We recommend this to everyone that wants to come to Maui with a partner, great place to stay!

A slight bit warm

I will say the listing is very accurate. Unfortunately, I assumed all properties on West Maui had air-conditioning and they don’t. Totally my fault for looking at the pretty pictures and not reading the details. The property was as described after I did read it. The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, for me, I do not like warm condos so the no air-conditioning was not comfortable. If you don’t mind your condo in the mid 70s, then this place will suit You just fine. For me, I will only book with AC. That is the reason I don’t give it Five stars is because I would not recommend it to anyone I know due to the air-conditioning. We were here in May so it wasn’t even that hot outside so can’t even imagine when it gets warmer. Best of you read everything and don’t assume other properties have AC either. Have found other listings that say nothing either way only to find out they don’t have AC either. At least these owners are upfront. Wish I was more thorough.
