Add said there was a futon and queen in one room which was not correct 3- pool does not have a very good shallow end. Overall location was great, place was very clean and grill was nice. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was terrific and the view put it over the top. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch.
