He was also extremely flexible and allowed us to stay an additional day (upon short notice) and with a late checkout since no one was checking in that day. Our family of four stayed here over spring break and it was perfect for our family. Access to two pools and a hot tub! We spent a lot of time at the beach, so it was so nice to be so close! Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and all other furniture; seems very new. Perfect for a couple, or a few more, as pull out was very comfortable. Linens nice as well. Communication was excellent ; we had an issue and it was resolved immediately. 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to pool, which is in front of a wonderful restaurant, "Twisted Tuna" Their happy hour is the best around. You really do not need a car if pool, beach and relaxation is your thing. Nice additional touches: coffee, tea, champagne and water ! Also, two beach chairs and a nice beach cooler.
