This unit was completely remodeled in June 01, 2021, with colorful, artistic decor, as well as brand new furnitures and appliances. Our colorful cottage sleeps 6 people: 1 full bed in one bedroom, 1 queen bed in the other bedroom, and a modern sofa bed in the living room that opens to a full bed. Our huge kitchen is complete with a breakfast nook. Our place is fully stacked with plates, mugs, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and more cookware needed for 6 people. Electric stove/oven, microwave, small toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker and espresso maker. In the kitchen, we provide: Ground coffee (espresso and american), coffee filters, sugar, creamer, breakfast bars/snacks, water, salt and pepper. The living room features a sofa bed, 2 sleeper chairs, and a smart TV with remote control, that allows basic antenna connection, along with access to your netflix and prime accounts. The bedrooms has a very comfortable queen bed, or full size bed, with ceiling fans/ lights, dressers with drawers, and closet space. Sound machines with remote control that ensure a great nights sleep. Remote control lighting as well. Bath, beach and linens needed for a comfortable stay is provided. We have a brand new bathroom with all the essentials you may need. Each room also has ECO friendly toiletries for each guest. Body wash, face and body bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all provided. We also provide Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, and a hair dryer. As of Aug 20th 2018, the train that is near by is no longer able to honk the horn, but we supply ear plugs and sound machines in each bedroom anyway to ensure a good nights sleep. We have not had any noise complaint. We have beach chairs, mats, beach wagon, cooler, towels and all the needs to accomplish the perfect sand castle, for a great time at the beach! Please Note: No pets, and no smoking. We professionally clean before your arrival. Smoking Charges: No smoking allowed indoors!! If there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking accommodation, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your airbnb account, plus applicable taxes. Be aware that hookahs, vapors, e- cigs, marijuana, etc. all fall under our non-smoking policy. Don't do it in the house!! You may smoke outside on our newly renovated patio. We were disappointed with the location once we pulled up. It was not a very nice neighborhood. Property manager was great. Basic cleaning was done but could use a deep cleaning near door knobs under dressers behind furniture on floor near fridge etc. The living room smelled like there may be a mold issue and couch needs to be cleaned. Back room mattress was sunken in on one side. Front room mattress was very comfortable. The proper paint was not used on kitchen table n bench so it left a white residue on black clothing. Had a senior in our group n some of the inside doorways thresholds were a trip hazard n the tub was very slippery. Overall for the price it wasn't bad. The backyard is very private, colourful, and comfortable. Great communication with Edmund, and Juan (the caretaker of the property). The location is perfect for walking downtown to restaurants and shops. Easy, short drive to the beach. It should be noted that on the other side of the property at the back, there is a series of work rental units where, during the day, it sometimes was quite noisy, especially when loud music was playing. It’s close to the beach and local restaurants. We felt immediately at home. Ed & Keke are amazing hosts, the little details (things that you would forget last minute, like mouth wash, slippers and razors) was a great touch. The back yard is beautiful. Its an instagrammers/ bloggers/ influencers dream! The decor made me feel like i was stepping into Barbie's beach house. All of amenities were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. A Tropical colorful cottage was what we needed. This little gem in the City of Lake Worth did not disappoint. My family and I felt safe. The neighbors Eva n Juan were very friendly . We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and landscaping. The owners Keke & Ed responded within minutes of any request that we had. So many amenities (fire pit, hammock, beautiful backyard, most comfortable bed ever...too many to mention).
