"Everything was typical Drury which means very good. I did tell management that the tub was slick under foot and my guess is all the tubs are slippery. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. I was told they had never heard that before so I do hope they’ll do something about my vigorous complaint."

"The hotel is older but has been updated. Has lots of parking. Our room smelled terrible but I think it was due to a pet problem by the previous occupant. The hotel was full, so they provided air freshener. We suggested they not rent that particular room until the odor was eliminated. They gave us extra points for our stay to compensate. That said, the young man working the evening shift at the front desk was very friendly and kind. "

"I notified the staff I would be doing a late check in because there were storms in my area that was set to clear area 7 pm and I didn't want to drive through it. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes to 10 pm. I was checked in and provided keys to our room. When I entered the room there was about 6 box of food containers all around the room, the beds were not made, and towels on "

"We stayed in the kimg soze Jacuzzi room. Shower leaked. Pool was closed even though we called 3 times before booking to confirm it would be open. The floors and baseboards and walls are filthy. Mirrors were broken around the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch sank down completely in the middle. The refrigerator wouldn't hold a temperature and the microwave didnt work well. Breakfast was awful snd the dining room was dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean, thankfully. Overall it was absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Do not recommend. Staying at any of the other 4 hotels in the same parking lot for less money would have been a significantly better option both fiscally as well as for cleanliness and comfort."
