Delightful, Serene Tiny Home- Casa Villa

  • This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come stay in our Tiny Home- Casa Villa, 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It’s a tiny home that feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room . Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view from the deck, or sit and enjoy the fire. This is all one level, open floor plan , no loft.
    Please keep in mind this is a country setting , sometimes wildlife can be seen, frogs and birds can be heard , and bugs can be found and at night, it’s dark 😊

Clean and comfortable, perfect size for two people. Great communication with owner. Would strongly recommend a handle be put in shower, as it is a big step down and nothing to hold onto an elderly person would have difficulty.

Cute Tiny Home

Wonderful tiny home in the quiet countryside. Within short driving distance of the cute downtown of Johnstown (definitely recommend eating at the Ghostwriter Public House while there) and within easy driving distance of Columbus. Very clean and inviting home, we hope to stay here again sometime!

Overnight Stay at Casa Villa

Super responsive host, nicely set up space, clean, and we'll stocked with supplies. It is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to be further out in nature, just a bit far from Columbus if you need to be nearby. Wonderful price and set-up regardless!

Great, restful stay

My wife and I loved the place. It was very quiet (aside from the rooster crowing, which wasn't terrible) and the place had everything you'd need. The hosts providing the farm fresh eggs was a delightful surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts responded very promptly when we had any questions and getting in was a breeze. We had come for a graduation at nearby Denison so it was very convenient going back and forth as well. Highly recommend!

Just the perfect place.

There are several places to stay on this property but this little house was perfect for me. quiet. had EVERYTHING I needed or wanted. Store is so close. Directions and amenities were all up to date and no issues at all. Owner is so lovely! would def recommend and/or stay again!

Comfortable Country Retreat

I was in Johnstown to visit family and needed a place to relax. The tiny home is very clean and lovely. The bed and seating is comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches throughout. We even had farm fresh eggs from the owner! Becky's hospitality and excellent communication are top notch. I hope to stay again at this lovely property.

Everything we needed!

My husband and I went to a concert nearby. We didn't get in until late. Everything was ready for us. There wasn't one thing that I needed that wasn't there. The place is beautifully appointed. It's clean. It's neat. We stayed for three nights. Made breakfast in the morning with their delicious fresh eggs. It was so quiet. Quite lovely in the mornings. If I had one small complaint (which really are just my preferences) the bed is quite small if you are a bigger person, which my husband and I both are. But hey it fits the room. I love that it has a shower AND bath but again, being bigger, my arms touched both shower door and shower side. My last teeny thing is that I believe they use a water softener in the water and I always felt a bit slimy after getting out. I'm a city girl and used to city water. These are such small cons. Mostly my preferences. Wish I would have known that was already shampoo, conditioner and a body wash there. That was a really nice touch. I would have left mine at home.If you get a chance to stay, you will not regret it. I do believe that I will be renting again very soon. I'd like to take our daughter to the zoo. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

what an excellent place to stay! just close enough to Cbus and far enough away! The property is relaxing, the space is cozy, we cooked sOooo much food, relaxed, explored, and rested! space was good for two. only missed opportunity was a fire in the pit, but otherwise, 10/10 !!!!

My partner and I loved our stay! We booked a weekend getaway to go see a Kevin James comedy show and this place was in the peaceful countryside away from Columbus noise but just close enough to town for us to grab something to eat and explore shops in the area. The host even left a binder with restaurant and activity recommendations which was so thoughtful and helped a lot. The area was neat and clean and we knew where to find everything we needed. Complimentary coffee was a plus! Excellent communication with host. Would recommend!
