But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses.
