Apartment was large and beautiful, underground parking was easy, perfect location - 5min walk to Yaffo/Ben Yehuda streets, 15 min to Old City, 20 min to Mahane Yehuda! We made use of the in-unit laundry (though dryer wasn't perfect so leave time to hang dry). I was a bit worried based on other reviews about getting in, but they sent everything I needed the morning before checkin and we got in no prob!

This hotel does not not know what the word customer service means. We had our room cancelled because they say that our room had a flood, they gave us some insane room all the way out of area. When we were locked out from out apartment, they did not pick up the phone on us during regular business hours. When they finally answered for the 10th time they yelled at me for calling 10 times. Crazy people crazy service. Was the worst experience ever

Attention arnaque! Check others feedback also

Un conseil! ! Ne réservez surtout dans ces appartements! C’est une arnaque.... Ils vous vendent sur le site un bel appartement, super photo, et super localisation! Quand vous arrivez au batiment, personne meme dans les heures indiquées, aucune personne au courant de l’existence d’appartement ... les téléphones dans les confirmations ne fonctionnent pas!!! Au final ils nous aura fallu 3 heures avec nombreux échanges avec hotels.com pour recevoir un vulgaire whats app des proprio pour vous dire que finalement appartement plus disponible pour pb technique (totalement faux car l’appartement était encore en proposition de location avant, pendant et après nos dates) et qu’ils nous ont trouvé un autre appartement (bien évidemment rien à voir avec celui initial, en terme de confort et localisation)! Vu que vous êtes pris au piège pas le choix que de reprendre la voiture (il faut avoir un gps...) et trouver le nouvel appartement (et il faut se débrouiller car mauvaise indication sur l’adresse, la personne qui est supposée vous attendre dans le nouvel appartement n’est finalement pas là... ! Heureusement, dans le nouveau batiment, on croise des personnes qui ont vécu les mêmes mésaventures avec ce loueur (ils ont pleins d’appartements) et ils nous aident)! Arrivée dans l’appartement (key box bien sûr car on ne croise personne), l’appartement est sale! Au final, on aura perdu 4 heures... pour se retrouver dans un appartement qui n’a rien à voir avec celui réservé! Bref une arnaque

Grei leilighet, men dårlig behandling av husvert.

Når vi kom til oppgitt adresse for hotellet, fikk vi , etter 3-4 timers venting, beskjed om at det ikke var der vi skulle bo, men hotelleier hadde flytta bestillingen vår til en annen leilighet i en annen gate. Dette medførte ekstra kostnader med ekstra flytting av 4 mennesker og store kofferter.Når vi endelig kom fram, var leiligheten grei. Etter 6 dager etter utsjekk,- på bussen på vår videre reise, fikk vi beskjed om at vi ikke hadde betalt for renhold, og at vi måtte betale 200 shekel øyeblikkelig, - for å unngå at dette ble oversendt til advokat.( iflg kvittering fra hotels.com viser det at vi hadde betalt for renhold!)

IMPRESENTABLE CAMBIO DE UBICACIÓN

El apartamento era bueno. el problema es que nos cambiaron de zona el mismo dia que llegamos. eso no está bién. Nos dijeron que era un up grade pero en realidad era un cambio a un lugar mas lejos, aunque seguramente el apartamento era mejor Encima conectamos el móvil en el aeropuerto y me cobraron 120 euros por el roaming, todo por saber dónde estaba la nueva ubicación. Voy a reclamar ese dinero.

Horrible experience

we were unable to check in to the rooms (2 couples), although hotels confirmed our stay, we did not receive the codes to enter the rooms by the hotel, the hotel has no reception only a guard who has no contact details to the hotel, all hotel phone numbers were not working, only after 4 hours on the phone with hotels.com they manged to find us an alternative place to stay. according to the hotel guard it happens very often.

ホテルが存在しませんでした。 地図にある場所に行きましたが、全く別のホテルがあり、予約もされていませんでした。 途方に暮れていると、ホテル側からメールがあり、当該ホテルは欠損しているため、別のホテルを用意したと言われ、観光地から離れた別のホテルを案内されましたが、当初のホテルの内容からはかけ離れていました。 その後、街中を歩いていると、当初のホテルの写真と同じ外観のホテルを見つけましたが、ホテル名が全く異なっていました。 本件についてホテルズドットコム側へ確認するよう求めていますが、20日近くだった今も回答がきていません。 どうなっているのでしょうか？

Desconforto e Desorganização

Quando cheguei na porta do local recebi uma mensagem dizendo que havia problemas e que teríamos que trocar de lugar, até aí sem problemas pois o outro local era perto. Quando chegamos no outro lugar só havia uma cama de casal e um sofá cama de casal (a reserva era para 5 pessoas adultas). Avisei ao proprietário que precisaríamos de uma cama extra e ficamos 5 dias na acomodação e a cama não chegou. Dormimos em 3 num sofá cama de casal...imagine o "conforto". Além disso, aparentemente eles são bem desorganizados: foram até o apartamento pegar o valor da taxa de limpeza e depois mandaram msg dizendo que iriam debitar no cartão, quase 5 dias depois que sai me mandaram msg pedindo foto do passaporte senão cobrariam o imposto de cidadãos de Israel, enfim zero organização.

Really nice apartment but unfortunately really bad management. I tried to contact several time with questions and complaints but never answer the email or phone calls. Actually they answered the email after one week I come back. The A/c wasnt working good. The washer and dryer's instructions were in a different language and we didnt know how to use it, etc. Nice apartment very poor management.

Despite issues with check-in (changed our lodgings after we arrived for check-in), everything turned out pretty good. We were moved about a half mile away from our original location, but to a spot directly next to Mahane Yehuda, which was fantastic. Service improved after initial issues.
