This stay was my favorite part if my Korea trip! Beautiful rooms, amazing, friendly staff and great location for tourists as its very central to the main city of the island so there’s so much to walk around and see

The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

Staff members (young men) hanging around the lobby near the info desk and they are useless and not helpful @ all. They could help open the doors and helpful to bringing in the luggages.

The carpet was stained and paint was chipping off the door. Also the key card device in the room to keep the lights on fell off the wall.
