In the district of Valle del Sol, 3 km from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular, secured, fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 1.2 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, shingle beach "Portitxol" 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
