Very cosy, comfortable residence "La Isla". In a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (90 x 60 m, 138 m diameter, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 600 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"La Isla C12", 3-room apartment 70 m2 on 3rd floor. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and fan.
