Inside, the cool double-height reception area leads to a spacious kitchen and an open-plan living and dining room, a charming and bright space with comfortable seating, elegant nautical touches and Smart TV. Outside, the covered terrace offers guests outdoor dining and stunning views of the sea, sky and surrounding slopes. From the terrace, a short flight of stairs leads to the gleaming pool and surrounding patio, dotted with reclining sunbeds and large umbrellas. Back inside and on the upper floor, the main bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a small but perfectly formed walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub with a wall shower. Two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bright family bathroom. All three bedrooms have cold/heat air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the balconies on the upper floor. Wake up and have your first coffee of the day while breathing the salty air and enjoying those wonderful sea views. And, when you decide to venture out of this sanctuary, the Granadella beach is right at your doorstep. Whether you want to eat at one of the popular restaurants by the beach or go kayaking with a local tour guide, you'll want to make the most of the property's privileged location in Jávea. JH Top Tip - The closed driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, but bear in mind that, due to the property's location on the hillside, it has a steep slope. Very sunny house with a wonderful sea view. Quiet area. Nice pool. The interior is a bit outdated, however clean and okay. The outdoor furniture around the pool needs some refreshment. Kitchen is old but well equipped. Giant fridge. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit dem Team von Javea Holidays hat bestens funktioniert. Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und zur Zufriedenheit gelöst. Checkin und Checkout sind super einfach und schnell. Vielen Dank an das Team! Die Casa Thalassa hat uns (3 Paare) sehr gut gefallen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind zum Meer hin ausgerichtet und haben Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, das Haus wieder einmal auszuwählen. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren sehr viele Moskitos unterwegs. Es un requerimiento de higine, ya que toda la suciedad de los pies va al agua de la piscina. Boîte à clefs à disposition si l’agence est fermée pour la récupération des clefs et le dépôt lors du départ . La villa super propre !!! La villa avec linges de lit / de bain et de plage installés et prêt . Très bonne qualité des linges . Très satisfait des services proposés et très enchantés par cette villa. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain pour avec JÁVEA HOLLIDDAYS sans hésité et les yeux fermés ! Continuez !!
