### Beautiful 4 bed, 4 bathroom villa

Accommodation is for 8 people who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in very private and secluded surroundings. The house features a spacious naya for Al fresco dining as well as a separate comfortable seating area for your Gin & Tonics, There is also a spacious poolside terrace complete with sun loungers, additional seating area.  
  
The Villa has a swimming pool 9m x 4.5m (which is professionally maintained) access to the pool is via the roman steps in the shallow end. There is also an outside shower for use before swimming..  
Adjacent to the pool we have a new outside kitchen/bar which contains the BBQ, fridges for food and drink, full power, lighting and hot and cold water and everything you will need for your outside eating from morning to night. There is also be an outside dining facility for all 8 persons to enjoy and also a pool table for all to enjoy  
  
The Villa features a beautiful professionally maintained garden featuring Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The driveway is large enough for 3 cars in a secure electric gated area.   
  
If you wish to discuss longer stay periods like winter months or more than 2 weeks in the summer, please email for special rates  
  
Inside the Villa there are 4 stunning double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with separate utility room, a large lounge and dining area which has access to the naya.   
  
The master suite has a king size bed and contains a separate walk in wardrobe area, an en suite complete with a toilet, shower, double sinks and bidet.  
  
The 2nd bedroom benefits from a 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes.  
The 3rd bedroom benefits from 2 single beds also with fitted wardrobes.   
The 2nd bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower unit.   
The 3rd bathroom contains a bath and hand held shower, the sink area has plenty of space for all your toiletries.   
  
The 4th bedroom contains a king size bed with fitted wardrobes, the en-suite bathroom contained a wall in rain shower, sink and toilet  
  
The open plan lounge/dining room is bright and comfortable it has a dining table for 6 people, log burner, 2 sofas and a coffee table.   
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home. The kitchen leads out to a separate utility room where you can find a washing machine, tumble drier, sink, worktop space, cupboards and a further fridge, the utility room has access to the garden area where you will find a rotary clothes drier.   
  
The Villa has a modern feel and is well decorated throughout, it is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Installations include WiFi, 42” t.v with satellite t.v (U.K), Xbox 1 with 2 controllers and several games. C.d player (with over 100 c.d s to choose from), air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. In addition all rooms are fitted with high velocity ceiling fans.   
  
Miscellaneous items provided: bed linen, bath and hand towels  
The property is suitable for families of all ages and also people with restricted mobility.  
We request that there is no smoking inside the Villa, however there are numerous external private smoking areas  
 Pets are allowed only via prior agreement  
  
The Villa is the perfect location to spend quality time with family and friends.   
  
Within a 5 minutes drive the popular Granadella beach, La Barraca cove, the Cap de la   
Nao lighthouse and cliffs and some fantastic hiking trails. Within a 5 minute drive you will find the popular Playa de L’Arenal, which is a beautiful wide sandy bay with a safe and clean beach., volley ball courts, children’s play area and various water sports. The main attraction here is the large pedestrian area complete with shops, bars and some fantastic restaurants. During the summer months the promenade has street performers, a market every evening and there is also a big screen put up on the beach showing different movies

#### Great Family Villa Holiday

Great villa, loads of space both inside and outside, lovely pool area, and pool table and outside bar area was a great extra. Well equipped, very private and quiet area but only 10 mins from the Arenal beach, would definitely stay here again. Only thing that I think could improve it would be a small info pack (unless theres one we didnt find), for wifi code, local resteraunt, taxi info etc

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche , der Außenbereich war wirklich toll 👍👍👍 der Pool , der Garten 👍👍 Im Haus gab es mehrere Sachen die altersbedingt erneuert werden müssten ( Wolldecken , Steckdosen , Matratzen , Dusche , Gebläse ) Leider hatten wir für den Pool und das Bad pro Person nur ein Handtuch ( könnte man verbessern )

Pros: •Está prácticamente aislada. Es la última casa antes de un bosque. •La casa es muy grande. •4 baños •Cocina bien equipada •El salón grande también con salida a la piscina y al porche. •Porche con sillones y mesa con sillas •Piscina enorme •Zona de la barbacoa. •Billar (Eso sí, palos en muy mal estado) •Xbox One S(Tienes que poner tu usuario y descargar juegos, si no no sirve de nada) Contras •Necesita reformas, sobre todo en el exterior. •Toallas muy pequeñas •No había jabón ni champú. •En la 4º habitación el agua caliente es de termo y dura muy poco. Parece ser que es un añadido posterior a la construcción, ya que tampoco tiene calefacción. •Muy poca información en la casa. Tienes que investigar o preguntar. Solo una hoja con información ambigua. En resumen, casa magnífica que se podría mejorar con muy poco esfuerzo.

Muy grande, muy aislada, y muy nueva. Tres cosas complicadas de encontrar cuando buscas casa en esta zona. La casa requiere una limpieza más exhaustiva por parte del servicio de limpieza, pero no deja de ser algo secundario. También tiene que ponerse un poco al día con el mantenimiento de algunas cosas también secundarias como persianas, o que algunas puertas no cierran. En general nos ha encantado.

#### Si vs cherchez le calme, c’est l’endroit rêvé!

Tout y est présent et nous avons eu un séjour très agréable. Certaines choses sont à remplacer pour que ce soit parfait, tels que la vieille douche dans la 1ère suite à la barre est trop haute et les portes intérieures sales , les matelas de tout les lits-jumeaux devraient être remplacés, un pare-soleil dans la buanderie et la barre de la douche extérieur doit être mieux fixée.

#### Estancia tranquila y relajante.

En general bien, se echan de menos utensilios de cocina, y mobiliario en dormitorios muy básico y sencillo.Piscina jardín muy bien cuidados, terraza estupenda para desayunar , comer o cenar mobiliario exterior excelente.

#### Très jolie maison, dans environnement calme et paisible.

La location est très bien décrite, le propriétaire très réactif au message. La maison est bien située pour les personnes qui recherchent du calme et du repos. Ont y trouve tous les équipements nécessaires pour un bon séjour.
