Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. « Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future. »

« Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. « The property was clean and welcoming =) Loved the games and DVDs for our 5 year old to play/watch before bed. Having easy access to lake was amazing - fishing, roasting s'mores - just a relaxing time with family. Took a walk around the lake and just up the road was a nice playground our daughter had a blast on. Also just up the road - the "Cortland Repertory Theatre" looked really interesting.
