Is it the hotel?

It has just appearance like Hotel. But inside, the room, I can't understand how they call it as Hotel (with 3 stars). It was very dirty, not good smell. And bathtub didn't vent the water. Breakfast is also not good. If I got a chance to go Jakarta, I won't stay there.

communication skills

i guess the staff, especially at the front desk and customer service staff should have english speaking skills so as to cater to international guests at hotel. Most of the staff at hotel speak only bahasa and could not understand english.

Enjoyable stay at Kaisar hotel Jakarta

I arrived at 10 am and they gave me an earlier check-in. Overall the service was good except the concierge section which sometimes without attendance.

I pick this hotel because it is located near destination. I expect three star hotel but it is not a three star hotel. everything is quite old with bad small. I am very good at staying budget hotels but this hotel is REALLY REALLY HARD!!! even my Indonesian friend complain about the hotel condition and breakfast. please do not go this hotel.
