I enjoyed my stay!

Very nice place. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and bathroom area are spacious enough. The staff was incredibly friendly - from the door man, front desk clerk, wait staff and bartenders. The only ding I have is probably the breakfast. It's quite extensive, with multiple selections of western and Asian dishes. But the taste doesn't really stand out - not bad, but ultimately forgettable. Stay in this hotel, but eat your breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel is my favorite place in Jakarta since 2018. Super clean and cozy rooms. Staff is always at the top of expectations, friendly and professional. Unfortunately during my last visit I've experienced the new pick-up policy which foreseen to pay for any taxi access to the lobby pick-up point, a fee for 3.000IDR and same when they drop-off unless you don't do it down on the street out of the hotel security and on very traffic roads (I won't immagine if a family with children... horrible). Not such big amount, but if you are used to get out 2-3times a day, it's about 18.000IDR but and i don't understand why shall I be surcharded for what i believe is in my right if I'm hotel guest.

1. The towel seem old and should be replace with new towel 2. Breakfast - Should deploy at least a staff to go around with coffee pot instead of relaying on the coffee maker machine. Coffee maker require constant clearing of the tray and causing long queue.
