Very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Including helping with bags because they don’t have an elevator. Close to the airport and the price was really good. I’d definitely stay again.

My flight was canceled, and I need a room as soon as possible. Luckily, this hotel had availability, and it was a great experience. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff was friendly. I booked a room with a king-size bed, and when I entered, it was clean, spacious, and stylish. As someone who hates overhead lights, I loved that the room had multiple lamps. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility was recently renovated, and we were in fact the first guest to stay in the newly refurbished room. Everything was fine except it was on the second floor, which could make it difficult to carry heavy bags up however, there was a stamp carried out bags up it would be nice if they had some type of lift only for residence but for baggage other than that, it is extremely extremely. I’d like to emphasize extremely well located near everything with a major mall with every store imaginable. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back to it on my next trip to Jacksonville whenever that may be.

Great great great service! Got there early and they were able to accommodate for early check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C unit was a bit hard to understand and turned off in the middle of the night but we were able to figure out it was on Eco Mode and fix it and slept great after.

An exceptional value with standout service that puts luxury properties to shame As a frequent traveler, I am often skeptical of airport properties, but this recently renovated hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Given that Jacksonville is a sprawling city where distances can be significant, the location near the airport is remarkably convenient. The rooms are a pleasant surprise, fresh, modern, and noticeably better appointed than what one typically encounters at this price point, offering an outstanding quality-to-price ratio. Furthermore, they offer a very solid, traditional American breakfast that easily outperforms what you usually find in comparable hotels. However, what truly elevates this property is the staff. The level of hospitality and genuine attentiveness is something I wish more high-end establishments would emulate; in fact, the service here easily outperformed a 5-star hotel I recently stayed at. An absolute recommendation for discerning travelers looking for comfort and exceptional value.

It was clean, new and we just enjoyed our stay overall. We got 2 rooms for us and kids, we were passing by and needed to stop and stay overnight and both of the rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly, for a few extra dollars we checked out later - no problem. Great price too, thank you!
