We believe that you will feel right at home in our bungalow. The backyard will feel like an oasis with a comfortable conversation set situation under a covered pergola-it's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. On cooler nights, enjoy a cozy fire outside. With large screen TVs in the living room and the second master bedroom guests can watch two separate shows at one time. We also provide guests with high speed wifi throughout the home. The main master bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress which will help you rest up from a long day at the beach. The main master has a double headed shower which makes getting ready a breeze. The second master makes it easy for multiple couples to stay in the house together comfortably. There is a queen memory foam mattress in the second master. The third bedroom has a queen queen memory foam mattress and is right next to the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress as well and is located next to the kitchen.

In town for graduation

We stayed here for a graduation. Location was great and nice neighborhood. The house was fairly large and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms.

Great family property

Perfect location for our visit for UNF graduation. So very comfortable and clean with 2 masters, large living and dining and kitchen. Appreciated the amenities like beach chairs and coolers for a quick trip to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood for a long walk. Very much enjoyed a visit to the Church of Eleven 22, a contemporary Christian church nearby. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

The property was clean, roomy and a delight to enjoy. The property owner went above and beyond, with included complementary toiletries and K-cups for the Keurig. They had an abundant amount of beach chairs and toys, which added an extra element of comfort for our yearly beach vacation. 10/10 recommended!

Had a great stay! The house is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood the house is located in is quiet and well kept, The house is centrally located. The mall, grocery stores, beach, and restaurants are close by. Wedding Fun😊

So we enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was nice and neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely furnished, and we loved all the little extras that our hostess put around. The porch was lovely and our beds were quite comfortable. The ice maker was a nice touch. Plenty of room and great location. 😊 Suggestion? Pull switch for ceiling fans and ant beds in front yard need to be treated. Overall 9.5 out of 10😊

In town for wedding

Property was ideally suited for my family of 6 attending the wedding of a family member. It was nice having 3 bathrooms to use getting ready. The cost as opposed to three hotel rooms was attractive. The backyard is peaceful. I enjoyed having my coffee out back in the morning. Checkin was seamless. I received an email with all pertinent instructions. The home has a small manual with helpful information and restaurant recommendations. Overall pleasant experience.

We enjoyed the home to be all together in one place

We had 3 women and their 20 something agrd daughters for a weekend gathering and we had a great time visiting and all being in one location. The home was clean and was as shown in the pictures- no surprises there. The kitchen is not equipped very well if you intend to be doing much cooking but had plates and silverware etc for enough people. The beds were very firm so if you like a soft bed bring a foam topper! If you are staying with children this place is definitely for you as the supply of games and books etc was plentiful. I would recommend that the owners add a couple more chairs to kitchen table since the place sleeps so many and maybe a few more towels but overall a great location and easy access to get in and out! Definitely would consider staying here again.

The host was very responsive. We had an issue when we arrived, that was resolved fairly quickly. The property is ok, nice living room and kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. All three bathrooms need updating. In its present condition, I wouldn't rent it agan, but I am picky.

This place was perfect for our boys trip for golf. 4 queen beds and 3 bathrooms was great. Beds are comfortable, the shower in the master had dueling shower heads and excellent water pressure! Very nice after a day on the golf course! Would definitely stay here again!
