Oceanfront, First Floor Condo, for the Perfect Getaway! Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Ideal spot for getting away from it all, teleworking, or distance learning with free high-speed internet. Walk right in, no elevators or shared spaces! Soak in the beautiful sunrise and delight in the convenience of a ground-floor condo with easy access to the beach and the pool. Take the dune walkover and soak up the beautiful blue Atlantic. We provide two beach chairs and beach towels. There are two TVs with cable and streaming capabilities, plus a DVD player and a DVD library. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot. Please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach, which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. When you return home from shopping or sightseeing, enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush landscaping. What a nice place to enjoy a snack, sip a glass of wine, or read a good book. There is a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and a lovely living room. The large Main suite has a King-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bath boasts a beautiful walk-in shower. IMPORTANT NOTES Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help. OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform. Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage. Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave. Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats and trailers are not permitted. Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. This is a wonderful condo. It is perfectly located on the ground floor, next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view has the natural dunes and the ocean. You can hear the waves while sitting on the patio. It is clean and very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower water pressure is fantastic! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook meals or snacks. The communication from beginning to end was clear and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The property was clean and afforded us easy access to the beach for leisurely strolls and wave-watching. Everything was as listed and we felt as though we could easily relax in the low key setting of the Club. We do think that some minor additions/touches might add to the experience of guests. As we had rain showers throughout the week, an umbrella; soap at the kitchen sink and perhaps in the shower; a beach umbrella to go with the chairs. And, we were disappointed that the temperature of the pool made it not very comfortable to swim. Knowing that the ocean would be too cold for swimming, we had hoped to be able to enjoy the pool — not something the owners can control for sure … just a bummer. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at this property. We received a welcome text shortly after arriving which was very much appreciated. And, sitting almost every morning on the back porch and watching the sunrise with coffee in hand was a true gift. We came home feeling very refreshed! ##### Mark W.
