Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach! The amenities include: \*A designated parking space (and a second pass for a guest space) \*Unheated Pool \*A/C (central HVAC) \*King Bed and Smart TV in master \*Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king \*High speed-wireless internet \*Smart tv in living room \*Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer (detergent provided) \*Linens, towels and beach towels provided \*4 beach chairs provided and several beach towels \*Hair dryers in both bathrooms \*Pool, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area with grills on the property NOTE WORTHY: \*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). What I liked most is it was very quiet because it’s in the corner and most of the windows and the small outdoor seating area faces a grassy area and a wooded area. So I liked how quiet it was. it is adequate for a family of four as there is a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the children. There are two full bathrooms, which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and it’s nice that there was a washer and dryer. If I were to suggest one thing to make this place a little bit better it is to tell the cleaning staff to not use air fresheners when they clean. This condo had a very strong odor of air freshener, which is not my favorite. I felt it necessary to open the windows and air it out a little bit. Otherwise it’s a great location and a pretty easy walk to the beach, a local surf shop, and you can even walk to Starbucks or some nearby stores. I do like the location quite a bit. There was an issue soon after my arrival that really bothered me, but I called and talked to the owner and he addressed it by the following day.
