Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach! The amenities include: \*A designated parking space (and a second pass for a guest space) \*Unheated Pool \*A/C (central HVAC) \*King Bed and Smart TV in master \*Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king \*High speed-wireless internet \*Smart tv in living room \*Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer (detergent provided) \*Linens, towels and beach towels provided \*4 beach chairs provided and several beach towels \*Hair dryers in both bathrooms \*Pool, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area with grills on the property NOTE WORTHY: \*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). What I liked most is it was very quiet because it’s in the corner and most of the windows and the small outdoor seating area faces a grassy area and a wooded area. So I liked how quiet it was. it is adequate for a family of four as there is a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the children. There are two full bathrooms, which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and it’s nice that there was a washer and dryer. If I were to suggest one thing to make this place a little bit better it is to tell the cleaning staff to not use air fresheners when they clean. This condo had a very strong odor of air freshener, which is not my favorite. I felt it necessary to open the windows and air it out a little bit. Otherwise it’s a great location and a pretty easy walk to the beach, a local surf shop, and you can even walk to Starbucks or some nearby stores. I do like the location quite a bit. I did not use the pool, and I did not use the tennis courts. ##### Rich Z. It is large enough for the family to spread out, and the patio is a nice space to have a drink and relax after a long day on the beach. We really appreciated the chairs and beach towels for guests to use. the beach is a quick and easy walk away, and there are great restaurant options either a walk or quick drive away. I highly recommend this property if your family is looking for a relaxing time on Amelia Island! ##### Kevin R. The property was accurately described and in a great location. The condo was well-stocked with all the supplies a family needs to last the week. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. There were also plenty of bath towels and beach towels available for our use. The beach was accessible by a short walk, but also easily accessible via a short drive to any of the public beach accesses. We preferred to drive to Main Beach Park or the public beach access at Sliders. Again, a great location for my family to spend the week. We would absolutely rent this condo again! ##### Aaron C.
