This single-story condo offers an open layout with vaulted ceilings and a comfortable flow between living areas. The main living room features an HDTV and an indoor fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather after a walk along the shore. Large windows keep the space bright throughout the day, while the enclosed sunroom overlooking the golf course provides a peaceful corner to read, work, or simply enjoy the view of open green space.

Sleeping Arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds. Each bedroom includes bed linens, hangers, and storage suited for both short and extended stays. Two full bathrooms - including a bathtub - are stocked with bathroom essentials and fresh towels, offering comfort and convenience for families or small groups.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, with ample space for cooking and gathering. The adjacent dining table keeps everyone connected, whether you’re sharing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors. The open design ensures conversation flows easily between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The enclosed sunroom and patio or balcony extend your living space outdoors. Guests also have access to a community pool within the Sawgrass neighborhood.

Set within the Sawgrass community in Ponte Vedra, the condo is a short walk from the beach, placing shoreline strolls and time by the water within easy reach. Nearby dining and shopping are just a short drive away, while the residential setting maintains a calm, steady atmosphere for your stay.

Please note: All properties located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the community pool and beach access point only. Amenities in Sawgrass are private.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
