Retro place is a charming and unique gem located 1 block from St. Vincents Hospital and just a few blocks from the The Shoppes of Avondale. Our location offers amenities for young professionals traveling for work , fun couples weekend , or a perfect getaway for family time. Avondale is notable for fabulous dining , antique shopping , parks, fun bars and trendy boutiques . Our culinary scene is on the national map. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 unit building. There are 2 units on the top floor and 2 units on bottom floor.
