We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding to Atlantic Beach (north) and to St. Augustine (south) on lightly traveled mostly residential roads. Conveniently, we stored our bikes in the secure (locked) garage which also has laundry appliances. Furnishings are comfortable, not stylish. Kitchen is functional but needs more dishes and utensils. This is a downstairs unit. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We made suggestions to the host regarding a few minor maintenance issues that need attention. ##### Lee L. So cute and the perfect location for the two of us and our puppies. Communication and check in is easy directly with the owner and by key codes given through email. No need to stop by an off property office for keys.
