Single-family house located in Mandarin, one of the best, quietest, safest, and most beautiful neighborhoods in Jacksonville. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house boasts a spacious front and back yard. The backyard features a playground and a paved area. There’s also a driveway that can accommodate four cars. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes cable TV, local channels, and Netflix. The large Florida room has a bar, a TV with local channels, and a jacuzzi tub. Fast Internet. The property allows pets (up to two), but they must be kept off the furniture. If dog or cat hair is found on the furniture, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and must be done outdoors. If smoking is detected inside the home, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged. This was way more people and more dogs than the host usually allows but he was extremely gracious and forgiving. In fact, he went out of his way to be flexible and make it convenient and affordable for us in light of the circumstances. The home is beautiful, very spacious (even with all those people and dogs that easily accommodated us), extremely clean, comfortable, and it has all of the amenities anyone could want in a vacation home. It truly was a beautiful house and the host was incredibly generous. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the host. Do not hesitate to book this location for your next visit to the Jacksonville suburbs. You will not be disappointed! Thank you much R! I found it odd there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods, no cutting board, no containers to save leftovers (with a full kitchen...), the bare minimum in terms of kitchen disposables, though plenty of utensils, spatulas, etc. The AC in the Florida room is not enough for the size of the place, and at mid-90s we couldn't use the room.
