Enjoy a private heated pool, outdoor lounge spaces with a firepit, and indoor fun with ping pong in the garage, all wrapped in a comfortable and well-equipped space perfect for families and groups looking to unwind near the beach. The home includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house plus a detached backyard sleeping space. The detached sleeping space does not have a bathroom, and guests staying in this area will access the main house for restroom use. \- Private pool \*\*\*Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F \- Large outdoor lounge spaces with firepit \- Grill with propane included \- 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to the beach \- Main house has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) \- Detached backyard sleeping space (2 Queen) \- 2 full bathrooms located in the main house \- Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials \- TVs in living room & every bedroom \- High speed internet \- Washing machine & dryer \- Driveway and garage with ping pong table plus additional parking behind the fence \- Beach chairs and towels provided \- Self check-in \- Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach \- Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass \- No smoking anywhere on the property \- No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance \- Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee.
