It’s well-equipped for families, with games and thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable inside the home. However, the surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired—The neighboring property had a lot of people coming and going with a lot of stuff in the yard. While the property is on the water, it's located at the very end of a narrow creek, not a main part of the lake. The water is shallow, filled with sticks and debris, and not suitable for swimming or diving from the dock.If you have a boat and plan to venture out to another part of the lake, this property could work for you. But if you're hoping to swim or relax by clean, inviting water right off the dock, this may not be the best choice.I do feel that it was priced accordingly. ##### A m.
